Planning a Fundraiser for Your Competition Team?
Parent OCD Inc. is proud to support the families and dancers of Oxford Center for Dance’s competition teams. As a 501(c)(3) organization, Parent OCD Inc. sponsors and oversees fundraising activities conducted on behalf of OCD competition teams.
All fundraisers must be approved by Parent OCD Inc. before any fundraising activities begin. This helps ensure that fundraising activities are properly organized, comply with applicable requirements, and accurately represent Parent OCD Inc.
If you are interested in organizing a fundraiser for your team:
1. Download the Fundraising Permission Form by selecting the button below.
2. Print or complete the form electronically with details about your proposed fundraiser --> ONE FUNDRAISER PER FORM
3. Use the button below to submit your form via email to Dina Gazzerro (dgazzero[at]verizon.net) and Anabella Hampton (info[at]tbreconsulting.com).
4. Wait for approval from Miss Dina and Anabella before promoting or collecting funds for your event.
5. Once approved, you'll receive confirmation and can move forward with your fundraiser!

To request that funds be applied to your competition team account, download the form below to complete the Team Fundraising Application of Funds Form. Print or complete the form electronically, following the instructions on the form.
Please use the button below to email your completed form to Anabella Hampton (info[at]tbreconsulting.com) for processing. Team Allocation is to be used against TEAM FEES ONLY. All checks must be made out to Parent OCD, INC.
